    From your TV's app store, or with a Downloader code on Firestick and Android TV.

    Sign in once

    Enter the login we sent on WhatsApp. Channels, guide and library load on their own.

Downloader codes

For Firestick, Fire TV and Android TV. Open Downloader, type the code, press Go, then Install. Codes can change — message us if one doesn't work.

Get setup help now
My login says "invalid" or "account expired"

Check each field for typos and extra spaces — logins are case-sensitive. If it still fails, message us; we'll confirm your line status in seconds.

Channels buffer or freeze

Restart your router and device, use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and switch the player to hardware decoding. Our blog post on buffering has nine more fixes.

The TV guide is empty

Open your player's EPG settings and refresh. The first download can take a minute or two on large line-ups.

"Too many connections"

Your plan allows a set number of screens at once. Close the app on another device, or upgrade to more devices on the pricing page.
