How to set up KemoTV on Android Phone & Tablet

Your Android phone or tablet becomes a pocket TV in about five minutes — perfect for the commute, the cottage or the kitchen counter.

  1. 01

    Install a player

Open the Google Play Store and install an IPTV player such as XCIPTV or IPTV Smarters Pro.

If your preferred player isn't listed in Play Store in Canada, install Downloader from Play Store and use the codes on our Firestick guide.

  2. 02

Sign in with your KemoTV line

Open the player and choose the Xtream Codes (or "Login with Xtream Codes API") option, then enter the details we sent you.

    • Name / playlist name: KemoTV
    • Username and password: exactly as sent, case-sensitive
    • Server URL: include the http:// prefix and port if one is shown
    • Save — channels, the TV guide and the movie library load on their own

Your KemoTV login (username, password and server URL) arrives on WhatsApp right after activation. Type it exactly — it's case-sensitive — and keep it private: your plan allows a fixed number of screens at once.

  3. 03

    Tune it for mobile data

In the player's settings, set a lower default quality when you're off Wi-Fi to save data.

    • HD uses about 1.5–3 GB per hour
    • 4K can use 7 GB or more per hour

Troubleshooting

Video plays but there's no sound

Switch the player's audio decoder to software, or try a different player engine (most apps offer ExoPlayer and VLC).

Streams stop when the screen locks

Turn off battery optimisation for the player in Android Settings → Apps → [player] → Battery.

Your couch is ready. Your line is ten minutes away.
