Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of KemoTV's IPTV subscription service and website.
1. Agreement
By ordering or using KemoTV ("we", "us") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
KemoTV provides access to internet-delivered television channels and on-demand content for personal, non-commercial viewing. Channel line-ups change over time as content becomes available or is withdrawn; we don't guarantee any specific channel or programme.
3. Your account
Your login is personal. Each plan allows a set number of simultaneous connections. Sharing credentials beyond your plan, public broadcasting, or reselling access without an authorised reseller agreement may lead to suspension without refund.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to record, redistribute, re-stream or publicly perform content, or to attempt to interfere with our servers or other users' access. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you watch.
5. Payment and term
Plans are prepaid for a fixed term (3, 6, 12 or 24 months) and do not renew automatically. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for future purchases; a change never affects a term you've already paid for.
6. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but can't promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, your internet connection or events outside our control can affect availability.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content remains the property of its respective owners. We respond promptly to valid notices from rights holders under our DMCA & Copyright Policy and remove content where required.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
