Privacy Policy
How KemoTV collects, uses and protects your personal information, in line with Canada's PIPEDA principles.
1. What we collect
Order details you send us (name or nickname, WhatsApp number or email, chosen plan), device identifiers needed to activate some devices (such as a MAG box MAC address), and basic technical logs needed to run the service (connection times, IP address, errors).
2. How we use it
To activate and support your subscription, prevent abuse (such as exceeding connection limits), send service messages like renewal reminders, and improve reliability. We don't sell your personal information.
3. Website data
Our website may use privacy-respecting analytics and a live-chat widget (Crisp). These services may set cookies to function. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (messaging, chat, payment processing, hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
5. Retention and security
We keep order and account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect it.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to non-essential messages, by emailing support@kemotv.ca. We respond within 30 days.
