DMCA & Copyright Policy
How rights holders can report content to KemoTV, and how we respond to copyright notices.
1. Our commitment
KemoTV respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid copyright notices and remove or disable access to content where appropriate.
2. How to send a notice
Email support@kemotv.ca with the subject "Copyright notice" and include: your contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; the specific channel or content you believe infringes; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you're authorised to act for the rights holder; and your physical or electronic signature.
3. What happens next
We review every complete notice promptly, usually within 2 business days, and act on valid notices. Where relevant we forward notices under Canada's notice-and-notice regime.
4. Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you can send a counter-notice with the same level of detail. We'll review it and may restore the content where appropriate.
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts involved in repeated infringement will be terminated.
