How to set up KemoTV on MAG Box

MAG boxes work through a portal linked to the box's MAC address. You send us the MAC, we activate it, and you add one URL.

Find your MAC address
It's printed on the sticker under the box and shown under Settings → Device info. It starts with 00:1A:79.

Send it to us on WhatsApp
Include the MAC address with your order. We link it to your line and reply with your portal URL.

Add the portal
On the box: Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.
- Portal 1 name: KemoTV
- Portal 1 URL: paste the URL we sent
- Save with OK

Reboot
Go back to Settings and choose Reboot portal. Your channel list and guide load on restart.

Troubleshooting

"STB blocked" or authentication error

The MAC on file doesn't match your box. Double-check the MAC with us — one wrong character is enough to block it.

Stuck on "Loading portal"

Check the portal URL ends with /c/ and that the box has internet under Settings → Network → Status.
