IPTV players aren't in Amazon's app store, so you install them with Downloader — a free app that fetches a player from a short numeric code. It's quicker than typing a web address with a remote.

Codes occasionally change. If one downloads the wrong file, message us for the current code.
Install in four steps
- Enable installs. Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps → turn on for Downloader. (No Developer options? About → click the device name 7 times.)
- Install Downloader from the Amazon app store.
- Enter the code. Open Downloader, type the code for your player in the address box and press Go, then Install.
- Sign in. Open the player, choose Xtream Codes login and enter the username, password and server URL we sent you.
Make it run smoothly
- Set the player's decoder to Hardware for the smoothest picture
- Use an Ethernet adapter or 5 GHz Wi-Fi for 4K
- Clear the player's cache once a month from Fire TV Settings → Applications
